Many smaller IT-dependant organisations are on the lookout for the right documentation tools. According to st1’s IT Supervisor Håkan Dolk: “What really caught our attention was the Application Management solution, that allows you to define support for the inter-dependency of applications, but the entire Qondoc package is great. We can document applications and systems and the flow between the different IT systems, get an overview that’s both graphic and dynamic.”
Comprehensive IT documentation
Håkan Dolk is counting on Qondoc’s Infrastructure and Application modules to provide a better overview and more control - IT documentation that is more comprehensive, making the company less dependant on external IT consultants. “Our organisation is fairly small, though highly dependant on IT operations. Now, security will be increased as well as the quality of the documentation. And it will easier for us to cover for each other, without having to get familiar with every single aspect beforehand.” Qondoc keeps track of all the information necessary.
Keeps contracts on track
st1 also opted for the Contract Management module, to more efficiently follow up and otherwise manage contractual deadlines and financial information. “Above all, I hope that Qondoc will save us time and effort, thereby reduce costs for us.”
