In 2010 we will continue our dialogue with existing and potential customers in connection with a number of events. As always, we plan to take part in the itSMF and KommIT conferences. In addition to this, we intend to host four customer seminars next year – the first of which in January or February, 2010. More detailed information on our upcoming seminars will soon be available.
In the autumn of 2009 we took part in two conferences and held one seminar:
Sponsor and exhibitor at the itSMF autumn conference
As a member of itSMF Sweden, we became one of the sponsors as of the itSMF autumn conference in October 2009. We also exhibited our products and talked to several existing and potential customers who are changing their work routines to increase flexibility and security within their organisations. The autumn conference was focused on the development of service-oriented deliveries and we discussed everything from ITIL implementation to LEAN IT Service Management.
KommIT autumn conference
Being present at the KommIT autumn conference is a way for us to demonstrate our solutions to the local authorities throughout Sweden, who presently constitute our largest client base. At the moment, we have over 40 municipalities as clients. The conference in November 2009 was a joint venture with the Sambruk society.
Qondoc seminar
At our own client seminar in Stockholm last September, we demonstrated the latest release of our Qondoc All-In-One 1.3.3, a suite with modules that provide visual quick and easy documentation of company IT infrastructure, but that also supports the management of licenses, internal billing and contracts. Unfortunately, the representatives from Svenska Spel were unable to attend due to illness, but we hope to get their feedback on Qondoc All-In-One at a future seminar.
